We at Congregation Etz Ahaim take pride in being one of the warmest, friendliest and welcoming congregations in the community. Our doors are always wide open to members of the local Raritan Valley community, as well as to people living outside our area.
Whether you are thinking of moving into the Highland Park/Edison area, or you live locally and and are interested in finding out more about Congregation Etz Ahaim, our Welcoming and Hospitality Committee would love to assist you. Our kehilla is a very friendly place and we have a diverse membership, from old to young, and a variety of observance levels. One thing we all have in common is a desire to help newcomers feel welcome.
If you are interested in visiting the Highland Park/Edison area and Congregation Etz Ahaim, we will be happy to host you, show you around, and to provide housing and Shabbat meals. We can also accommodate anyone in need of Shabbat and Yom Tov arrangements.
If you would like one of our Welcoming and Hospitality Committee members to contact you or if you know of someone whom you would like the Committee to contact, please inform Patrick Zagdanski, chair of the Welcoming and Hospitality Committee, or the Etz Ahaim office (732-247-3839), or email any member of the Welcoming and Hospitality Committee |
